EC-30 – Asphalt Emulsion
EC-30 is designed to penetrate ½ to 1 inch into the base and sub-base of stabilized limestone, gravel and caliche bases. It performs the functions of traditional cutback asphalts while eliminating hydrocarbon-related VOCs.

- Bonds HMA layer to the base
- Penetrates deeper than conventional emulsified asphalts (½ to 1 inch)
- Cures and evaporates faster than traditional cutbacks
