Description
Evencure EP Ezispray is a fine particle, high solids, modified CRS-170 bitumen emulsion. Unlike typical emulsions, Evencure EP Ezispray does not require heating nor does it require "special" pumps, and once dried it is a trafficable coating. Evencure EP Ezispray penetrates deeper into the substrate than traditional bitumen emulsions (SA DOT testing). It is highly stable in storage with minimal settlement over a 6-month period.
Application
Due to the considerable number of different applications for Evencure EP Ezispray, it is advisable to adhere to "typical application rates" as set out by ARRB, Vicroads, RMS or the specifying engineer.
Application rate
Primerseals: 0.75–1.5 lt/m². Tack Coat: 0.15–0.50 lt/m². Surface enrichment: 0.5–1.5 lt/m². Concrete Priming: 0.25–0.5 lt/m².
