Description
EC-30™ is designed to penetrate ½ to 1 inch into the base and sub-base of stabilized limestone, gravel, and caliche bases. Traditionally known as cutback asphalts, prime coats have been known to most effectively cure sub-base and base materials, while also being scrutinized for un-environmental application methods. EC-30™ was designed as a hydrocarbon-free alternative.
Application
Apply EC-30™ by spray. The emulsion is chemically stabilized; care should be taken not to upset the chemical balance with contamination by chemicals, over-exposure to air, or adverse mechanical or thermal conditions. DO NOT DILUTE WITH ADDITIONAL WATER. Do not apply when temperatures are below 40°F (keep from freezing). Do not mix or dilute with compounds containing solvents such as mineral spirits or petroleum distillates.

0.15–0.30 gallons per square yard
