Description
Evencure EZI-Trackless is a fine particle, fast-drying, trafficable asphalt/bitumen emulsion used as an adhesion promoter between two layers of asphalt, once hotmix is applied as an overlay. It consists of modified monomers and blended proprietary chemicals, contains NO solvents, and conforms to Greenstar requirements. Unlike typical emulsions, Evencure EZI-Trackless does not require heating, is fast drying, and can be applied using ANY type of spray equipment usually used for bitumen application. It is highly stable in storage with minimal settlement over a 12-month period.
Application
Evencure EZI-Trackless is applied to the profiled surface at a rate of 0.25–0.5 litres per square metre (depending on State requirements) until the treated surface has a consistent semi-gloss appearance. Once dried, Evencure EZI-Trackless can be overcoated immediately with asphalt, fusing the two layers together.
